- I want to use my skills and experience to help people help themselves. I became a coach after being coached in a career transition phase a few years ago. I am ICF-certified and coach in English and Finnish.
- In my earlier career I have worked in BtoB strategy and marketing positions in global high-tech industry. I have initiated and managed global marketing, communications and change management programmes in Finland, UK and Singapore.
- I am a lifelong learner and curious about almost everything. In addition to my Masters in Business I have studied psychology, social sciences, writing and digital design.
- Change and transition have been present throughout my career but I have always seen them as an opportunity to learn and develop.
- My clients and colleagues describe me as calm, professional and friendly. I have also learned that I am a good listener and been quoted to be analytical, but practical.
